We’ve just started our Intention Plan and I’m starting to put all the practices to work. Today I tried something new — as I walked through the Gold Coast where all the classic-Chicago, million-dollar homes are on my way to an appointment, I imagined I was literally walking to my “$2 million home” and my future partner was in the kitchen starting dinner, giving me a big hug when I got home. I could actually feel it in my bones and tears welled up in my eyes. That’s how I know it’s working. And I try to keep that feeling for at least 68 seconds – according to Abraham-Hicks, that’s the amount of time it takes to start to generate manifestation. I intentionally set my focus INSIDE my body not as an idea in my head or outside myself, which I’ve learned to tell the difference.
